The entire process can be very overwhelming. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, which is why it’s CRUCIAL you make sure you work with the proper realtor, as choosing the wrong agent could cost you thousands of dollars or even possibly cause you to lose out on the home of your dreams. This was my first time working with Tami, and I can truthfully say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From shopping for the home, to placing the offer, negotiating a $10,000 seller credit to help with her closing costs, to getting our client to the closing table, she performed flawlessly. Tami met every deadline, over communicated, worked nights and weekends and even stayed up late with me a few times to make sure we exceeded all expectations. Our buyer had a deadline to find and close on her home, and we got under contract and closed in 16 days. On day 16, we received the clear to close, balanced with the title company and close all in about 2 hours.
